Massachussets Democrat Bill Would Make it Illegal to Call Someone a "Bitch"

First offense calls for a $150.00 fine. Second offense can be as much as six months in prison.

I guess this guy doesn't have any rappers in his district.

Question; are Republican women exempted as objects of this law?

And what of the phrase "son of a bitch"?  The rock band Aerosmith had a song by that title. Will they be arrested if they go  to Massachussetts?
