NBC News was touting
rising counts of cases, hospitalizations and deaths, pronouncing confirmation of the predicted
"second spike," four days after restrictions were relaxed in Florida.
Four days. The later edition of the news did not include that piece, as apparently someone in their office had an IQ higher than room temperature.

That IS hysterical, Bill! Yeah; everyone caught the illness and went to the hospital and got tested four days after the lockdown ended!
How stupid does the media think we are?

From my just got out of hospital experience. Went in, waited in emergency room 5 hrs with only one covid symptom, smokers cough, before they decided to test me for covid. Waited another 4 hrs until they could open a room for me in the covid ward, thankfully isolated from the other covid patients and then before I was treated for what I went in for had to wait the 2days for test results for covid. The nurses and doctors were in full body suits that they discarded after each visit that they limited to me because I was in their eyes a maybe. I hadnt been out of my house except for my yard for two weeks prior. Every hospital room is now single rooms. They have no room for people unless its emergency related. Got treated for what I went in for 1 day and I was out but had to stay 3 days because of covid scare. The hospitals extra expenses and lost revenue has got to be killing their budgets.

Migod, Mike! If nothing else, it sure sounds like we have not crawled far enough out from under ZippyCare! I think I can predict confidently that if you'd been in my neck of the woods you'd have gotten quicker and better treatment. Please tell me you're not located in Minnesota's Twin Cities! My suburban clinic would certainly have handled you better!

That's terrible Mike! I have been thankfully uninvolved with hospitals and medical people since this erupted. I had no idea it was that bad. I guess it shouldn't surprise me - but it does.
Hope you are doing better now.

Im in Southern Colorado with just over 200 known cases with a population of 120000. I understand their concern of putting a possible covid patient with other patients. Cuomo showed us what that leads to.Would have went to VA but their facility here closed weekends and I sure dont want to go to Denver. It will be a slow walk back but I can walk and get around.
