"No Kings" in Australia

Isn't it odd that Australia had a nation-wide protest at the same time the "No Kings" protests were on in America?
Don't tell me there isn't a conspiracy afoot involving powerful and rich actors on an international scale.

And it involved the same sort of b.s. we see here, with violence being ignored or dismissed by the media there.

Well, Australia's got a king I don't particularly like, but I'm sure not gonna go out and march against him. Got too many other things to occupy my time. And the poor dude's got cancer, anyhow.

Yep, which is why Australia didn't call their protest "no kings" but it was clearly in solidarity with the protesters here.
Funny how these things happen all over the world, even when there is no grounds for it. Australia is barely a step down from the Communist Chinese these days yet here we have protests. Why?
