China just admitted it was their ship NewNew Polar Bear that last year damaged the gas pipeline Balticconnector
China claim it was an accident because of a storm.
Finland says:
1) There was no storm
2) You can’t lower the anchor to certain depth accidentally
3) You would notice the impact of dragging an anchor to vessel maneuverability
No accident
