NFull of It

Timothy Birdnow

I agree; people keep watching it, thus rewarding the league. If the NFL would suffer the same kind of boycott as did Anheuser Bush over Bud Lite and that he-she spokesxi they hired they wuld soon change their tune. But as long as they continue making lots of money while insulting America they will continue.

That's why I'm a fan of the UFL now. We have football, just not a bunch of entitled millionaires pretending to be oppressed.

NFL goes super ‘woke’ yet again — but honestly, we’re all to blame…

Culture and sports are a huge part of the Fabian Socialist scheme to incrementally turn America into a Communist entity, and they have used sports for decades to drive societal change, going back to Jackie Robinson and Jack Johnson. (While that may have been a good change, allowing black people to participate, the fact is it was a top-down change and not organic evolution of thinking by the public.) If you doubt my statement all one must do is listen to the political musings of most sports media, who think far too much alike and always progressively so. They are the ones who support rule changes making the officiating more important and thus conditioning Americans to accept draconian rule making in society at large. They are the ones who are disgusted by, say, hockey fights, which the fans love but the league now frowns upon and often the cameramen at hockey games won't even show the fights. They are the ones who support rule changes making sports softer, weaker, less interesting (like cutting the length of boxing matches, or adding new pentalties for "tackling in the grass" or other things that turn sports into a ballet.) They support recruiting more "minotities and women" into traditionally white sports like NASCAR, but not recruiting more white people into the NFL or NBA. They've pushed the WNBA for years even though nobody wants to watch it. Sports has been a huge part of the Progressive project.

Well, we need to reward those who won't knuckle under to Wokism, and punish those who do.

So until America rejects the NFL for what they are doing they will keep doing it. Why? Ultimaately they feared being regulated to death by the government over this concussion business, and they want the government off it's back. But also because I suspect the people in power - the owners and the Commissioner - want it. They think the future is there and that the white working class is no longer relavant and figure Trump is just an anomalie, to be ridden out until the return of the "rightful rules", the Left. The NFL is the worst sort of capitalist, the cronies who give the ruling class what they want in hopes of being eaten last. Communists always succeed with the help of capitalists. It's why Lenin said "they will sell us the rope with which we will hang them."

So I say let us send them into early retirement. I will support the UFL unless and until they turn on America, but I will not watch an NFL game anymore. I see no reason to support people who think I suck and should dry up and blow away.

1 The NFL has not yet driven me away, since everything, everything, is woke these days I have gotten pretty good at ignoring it. They may yet succeed in losing me, however. My team is the KC Chiefs. Their first game is against the Chargers, is played on a Friday in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and is carried only on YouTube. Yes, YouTube.

2 I get that Bill. It's hard to break a lifetime habit.

You're a  Chiefs fan? So am I these days - to a point. They're a Missouri team of course. But we always rooted against them when St. Louis had a team so it's hard. I pretty much root for the Chiefs and the Tennessee Titans these days as our "hometown" team.

But I'd rather watch the UFL now.

They're playing on Youtube? Yikes!

3 I have been a Chiefs fan since 1969. I bought season tickets for Arrowhead two full years before it opened. Only used them one year, but was able to sell them for a profit when my company transferred me. Our rival was not the Rams, it was the Raiders. Town went nuts when the Raiders came to town. At least the game is on the free portion of YouTube.

4 Well you guys showed good taste; the Raiders are the root of all evil. I've always despised them!

I grew up watching the Cardinals aka the Big Red back in the seventies when they were losers, certainly, but rough ones and everyone hated to play them. Our chief rival then was Dallas, "America's team" as they arrogantly called themselves. We booed them when they came to town. Of course we hated the Bears (or anything else that came from Chicago) and didn't much like the Vikings either.

Back in those days I liked the Broncos after the Big Red.
