How to Remove a Judge without Impeachment

Arizona Rep. Andy Biggs comes up with a novel way to remove obstructionist judges.

The congressman is proposing a new approach that bypasses the traditional impeachment process, which requires a two-thirds majority in the Senate, by invoking Article III, Section 1 of the Constitution.
"Most Americans believe that there is lifetime tenure for a federal judge. That unless impeached, a federal judge can serve until death,” Biggs told Just the News.
"But lifetime tenure is not guaranteed, nor mentioned, in the Constitution. Article III, Section 1 permits a federal judge to serve only ‘during good behavior.’”
Federal judges do not have lifetime tenure.

Chinese officials confirmed that its military held major military drills around Taiwan on Tuesday as a "severe warning” to Taiwan and a signal of "forceful containment against Taiwan independence.”
In a series of posts on X, formerly Twitter, Taiwan’s Ministry of National Defense confirmed that 19 Chinese People’s Liberation Army Navy ships had been detected "operating around Taiwan” from 6 a.m. Monday until early Tuesday morning.
Taiwan’s Ministry of National Defense tweeted, "PRC continues to escalate military activities in the #Taiwan Strait and Indo-Pacific region, intensifying military threats, challenging the international order and regional stability, thereby becoming the greatest ‘troublemaker’ in the eyes of the international community.”
Taiwan’s Ministry of National Defense explained that the People’s Liberation Army Navy vessels detected around Taiwan on Monday and Tuesday were led by China’s Shandong aircraft carrier. Taiwan’s Ministry of National Defense added that aircraft and ships were dispatched and coastal missile systems were activated as Taiwan monitored China’s military drills.
A spokesperson for Taiwan’s Presidential Office also released a statement on Tuesday, saying, "China’s blatant military provocations not only threaten peace in the Taiwan Strait but also undermine security in the entire region, as evidenced by drills near Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, the Philippines and the South China Sea.” The spokesperson added that Taiwan’s Presidential Office condemned the "escalatory behavior” displayed by the Chinese military.

The Chinese Xinhua News Agency confirmed on Tuesday that the People’s Liberation Army Eastern Theater Command executed "multi-subject drills in waters to the north, south and east of Taiwan Island.”
Citing the Chinese military, the Chinese news outlet reported that the People’s Liberation Army Eastern Command "organized its vessel and aircraft formations, in coordination with conventional missile troops and long-range rocket launching systems, to conduct drills of air interception, assault on maritime targets, strikes on ground objects, and joint blockade and control.”
The Xinhua News Agency added that the People’s Liberation Army Eastern Command said the latest military drills around Taiwan were "aimed at testing the troops’ capabilities of carrying out integrated operations, seizure of operational control and multi-directional precision strikes.”
In a statement obtained by Fox News, China’s Taiwan Affairs Office noted that the latest military drills around Taiwan were in response to the pro-independence views of Taiwan President Lai Ching-te.

Great Essay on Sociaiist Rebellion

Here is an excellent essay on the tactics we are now seeing from the left and how it's nothing more than a recycling of what the Left did in the 1920's that led to the rise of both Fascism and the Bolsheviks. I highly recommend this.
One point; what the Left is doing is identical to the most ancient of political uprisings, namely the rebellion of Satan and the guerilla war he waged against God. Satan used identical tactics and foments this stuff on Earth as part of his scheme to drag as many souls down to Hell as possible (the only way he can hurt God is by denying these souls to God). What we must understand is we are in a spiritual war, not a merely physical and psychological one as many on our side seem to believe. In fact the spiritual war is the real war; the politics are merely the weapons being employed. We need to understand that.
That said I agree with most of what he says in this essay. I would point out that Americans are woefully ignorant of history, most especially history that does not include the U.S. For example, there was a continent-wide socialist revolution in Europe in 1848,with uprisings in all the major capitals simultaneously. THAT was no coincidence, and anyone who thinks otherwise is a complete dope. Somebody powerful and very weathy planned it.
It was Otto Von Bismarck who stopped the socialist revolutions, largely by joining them via socialist reforms in Germany and pushing those on other European states. (As a result Bismarck is largely to blame for the rise of Naziism, although he had no way of knowing it at the time.) But he was able to contain the Revolution, and used the force of the state to squeeze those funding and promulgating it. There were a series of meetings among the heads of Europe and they put in place a world order that featured anti-socialist laws and policies. It worked - for a time. But in the end the socialists remained in place, and in fact most European leaders had educations steeped in socialism. It was all through the universities in Europe. Socialism remains even today the most enduring of all terrible myths, one so many want to believe because it is essentially irrational and offers paradise on Earth without God.
The point is this has been an enduring myth since the days of Rousseau (who invented the idea of socialism). It's failures are always blamed on "the right wing" and "the wrong people in charge" and it is an article of faith socialism has never been tried. It has, repeatedly, and is an abyssmal failure but it's all that keeps God-hating people from despair. It's the modern religion.
At any rate do read the essay; it''s worth your time.

NGO's Conspiring in Tesla Vandalism

Isn't this conspiracy to committ violence? It's certainly more than vandalism since it's intent is to terrorise supporters of Elon Musk. I think terrorism laws apply.

NPR - no friend of the Trump Administration - admits this can be considered domestic terrorism.
Sooo...a big leftie who wrote a book claiming there is RIGHT WING TERRORISM (and he can prove very little of that - most of it comes from the Southern Povert Law Center and lumps Libertarians and even liberals in with Conservatives) admits the LEFT is engaging in domestic terrorism.
(BTW you know they went to the most liberal eggheads they could find in the hopes of getting a different answer.)
Although there is no domestic terrorism statute in the Federal registry, the FBI still has a working definiton of domestic terrorism:
We've seen domestic terrorism for decades now from the Left and it has gone unpunished because we've had a government that had no problem with it. Black Lives Matter and Antifa were both clearly domestic terrorist groups, but not only were they not touched they were actually supported by the likes of Kamala Harris, who bailed many of them out of jail.
If J6 protesters were sent to jail for just trespassing then perhaps it's time to actually codify a Federal domestic terrorism law (and do so carefully lest the Democrats use it to further suppress dissent from their revolutionary tactics). Congress may want to consider passing one.
But I doubt we actually need to use terrorism laws to go after those who organize and fund this. It's clearly a conspiracy and one that is operating with a tax-exempt status. Considering how Obama refused to give conservative organizations tax-exemptions one must wonder at the double standard that is applied. You can get away with murder if you are a leftist in America.
Time to start applying RICO laws to these organizations.

And while the judges in any trial will be bound by the statutes in sentencing, there is time and there is hard time. These people deserve hard time. I remember the movie Shawshank Redemption "I'll put you down with the sodomites...you'll do the hardest time there is". Well, many of these might LIKE being with sodomites, but you get my drift. Maybe sentence them to house arrest in a monastery where there is a vow of silence or some such.
But more needs to be done than just charging a few individuals; this is not an isolated incident and it involves NGO's who are funding it and assisting with it. You cannot win if you do not cut the head off the snake.

Mystery Illness in Russia

A mystery illness is infecting Russians.
It causes a bloody cough and high fever and seems to have appeared out of nowhere. There is speculation it is a bioweapon.
But one must remember that Crimean-Congo Hemmhoragic Fever is a danger in the north black sea region, and itt has many of the same symptoms, so this could well be a new variant of CCHF. CCHF has similar symptoms to Ebola although it is not related to the horrible African disease.
But one would think Russian doctors would be familiar enough with CCHF to recognize this as a variant, I should think.
On the other hand I am convinced bioweapons research was ongoing in Ukraine before the war, as the U.S. was STILL opoerating labs ostensibly designed to destroy the old Soviet bioweapons - after a quarter of a century! Is this some mutant version of CCHF released by the Ukrainians on the Russians? If they can prove that they will retaliate, and no doubt the Russians still have a stockpile of the old Soviet bioloweapons. Or they could use tactical nukes.

Amazing, truly amazing! Forty percent of all calls made to Social Security were frudulent efforts to change direct deposit information for social security checks.
Somebody has been robbing the system blind. Probably illegal aliens and the Democratic Party.
How many of these changed addresses led to ss going into a slush fund?
Also, DOGE found that Biden gave 2.1 MILLION illegals social security numbers so they could feed off the American trough. And these illegals were registerd to vote, and did so!
This would have and may yet crash social seucurity and medicare. The Democrats knew it too; it's the implementation of the Cloward-Piven strategy, an effort to overwhelm and break the system so a new order, one involving a socialist economy, can be imposed. Oh, that and eternal power to the Democrats.
The Democratic Party is actually evil, and I don't use that word lightly.

Federal judge blocks Trump from dismantling Consumer Financial Protection Bureau: 'The court can and must act'
Act to do WHAT exactly? To restrict the authority of the President over his own employees. That is not following "separation of powers" as this judge claims. The Bureaucracy is entirely under the authority of the President of the United States,not under Congress and not under the courts.
What this does is elevate the bureaucracy to an unique "fourth branch of government" status that is entirely extra-constitutional.
Naturally this judge - Amy Berman Jackson - is an Obama appointee.

I mean, if you are teaching things like Gender Studies or Womyns Studies (sic) you may as well have a make-believe commencement speaker to match the silliness of the courses themselves.
I remember back in 2000 when Old Dominion invited Fred Rogers to be their commencement speaker. Roger aka "Mr. Rogers" was a highly successful businessman and entertainer and not a fictional character, yet the students were furious at being treated like children with a children's show host representing their years at OD. I felt bad for Rogers but understood why the students were angry about it. They felt insulted, as if their acccomplishment was a childish thing, like pooping in the potty or shedding their diapers.
Now we have actual puppets being commencement speakers! Where are the protests?
According to the article:
Honoring a dead alum is fine but insulting live graduates is another thing entirely. This is an insult to these students.

"Safe spaces", counseling for depression from Trump's election, pronoun panic, etc. all show the juvenilization of higher education and that kids are being treated like adults less and less. It was inevitable given the smothering coddling we've seen of young people, starting out with participation trophies and the like and following them through their lives.
In my opinion the university system is irretrivably broken and deserves to die. This is just more proof of that assertion.

I remember back in 2000 when Old Dominion invited Fred Rogers to be their commencement speaker. Roger aka "Mr. Rogers" was a highly successful businessman and entertainer and not a fictional character, yet the students were furious at being treated like children with a children's show host representing their years at OD. I felt bad for Rogers but understood why the students were angry about it. They felt insulted, as if their acccomplishment was a childish thing, like pooping in the potty or shedding their diapers.
Now we have actual puppets being commencement speakers! Where are the protests?

The Hypocrisy of the Democrfats on Display in Signal Controversy

I just caught Democratic Senator Mark Warner on Fox News Sunday complaining about the tariff as a tax hike. When did he or any of his friends EVER resist a tax hike? Only now when it's not their own.
The lack of self-awareness is staggering.
He said Democrats are "pro-growth" ignoring the entire previous President's tenure of office as well as the fact it was Democrats who shut the economy down during the Pandemic in the first place.
He's also been complaining about the Signal "leak" with much anger and furious wrath. Yet Tulsi Gabbard and John Ratcliffe both say there was no classified material involved. The Democrats have been calling for a special prosecutor to investigate this.
Apparently Mr. Warner has forgotten that he himself used the same app to plot against Donald Trump via Russian oligarchs to make contact with Christopher Steele.
I suppose they've all forgotten Hillary Clinton's use of a "home brew server" to hide what she was saying. Or that Barack Hussein Obama was on that same extra-governmental network. Or that Joe Biden had classified documents he had no right to possess in his garage.

Until we have secure and honest voting the Democrat will continue to steal elections. BTW I am of the opinion the Democrats would be a minority party, well in the minority, if elections were free and fair in this country. They only hold half of the power because they steal it election after election. Republicans would have run the table on them years ago were it not for the vote fraud machine they have in place in most states.
Florida, for instance, used to be a purples state. You may remember the eletion of 2000; the Democrats tried to steal the Presidency by stealing Florida. That fight exposed them and a series of reforms was put in place - reforms that dismantled the fraud machine there. Now Florida is bright red and that isn't because the demographics changed but because elections are now one man one vote.
I think most states controlled by Democrats are only so controlled because the Dems cheat. Oh, there are a few liberal states like New York or California which votes for Democrats no matter what, but states like Wisconsin or Colorado probably would be in Republican hands were it not for the big city machines that manufacture the votes the Democrats need to win. Illinois too; without Chicago and the fraud machine there Illinois would be a right-of-center state. Southern Illinois is a heavy labor area, but it's fairly conservative and would definitely be more like neighboring Missouri. But Southern Illinois is a vassal to the jolly blue giant in the north, and so is Springfield and the middle part of the state.
So much of the Democrats power stems from vote fraud and they know it.
So we need to blow the lid off this fraud in Wisconsin and do it now before the upcoming SCOW election (Supreme court of Wisconsin).

Well what do you know? Judge Bosoberg, er, Boasberg has has a long history of going esy on lefties but throwing the book at MAGA folks.
You may remember Ray Epps; he's the guy who kept exhorting protesters to go into the Capitol building on January 6 and many believe was an FBI covert agent. Boasberg is the judge in his case who gave him probation.
It was judge bosoberg who gave Epps his sentence for J6 - one year probabtion. It was ridiculously light compared to sentences he gave others, years in prison.
(He also gave Kevin Clinesmith a get out of jail free card for making up fake evidence to get a FISA warrant in the "Russion collusion" hoax.)

George Soros is pouring big bucks into Wisconsin to turn it into a People's Republic. Elon Musk is doing likewise to save it.
This has been the most expensive judicial race in history, with leftist Susan Crawford raising $21 million and her conservative opponent Brad schimel raising 10 mil. But there has been an additional $80 million injected into the race by NGO's.
There are many very important issues up and if the left wins this seat they will have a solid majority on the court.
Crawford worked for Planned Parenthood and has called voter I.D. "a poll tax".
