Well what do you know? Judge Bosoberg, er, Boasberg has has a long history of going esy on lefties but throwing the book at MAGA folks.

You may remember Ray Epps; he's the guy who kept exhorting protesters to go into the Capitol building on January 6 and many believe was an FBI covert agent. Boasberg is the judge in his case who gave him probation.

It was judge bosoberg who gave Epps his sentence for J6 - one year probabtion. It was ridiculously light compared to sentences he gave others, years in prison.
(He also gave Kevin Clinesmith a get out of jail free card for making up fake evidence to get a FISA warrant in the "Russion collusion" hoax.)

of course Boasberg is the leftie judge who the Democrats keep going to because he isn't even trying to make a show of following the law.

He was also the guy who sentenced a married couple to prison even though the husband's cancer had returned and he would die there. For what? Trespassing.

Bosoberg threw the book at EVERY J6er he had come before him BUT Epps.

And now he's in a row with the Trump Administration, ordering the return of Venezuelan gangsters and threatening the Administration with a ruling of contempt for not bringing them back to American airspace after they had left it.

The impeachment needs to proceed on this guy.
