John Kenedy, Senator from Louisiana who is quickly becoming my favorite Senator, just had another GEM of a saying.

"Pardon me from interrupting you couselor, but this process gives me five minutes to question four nominees in order to determine whether or not I should vote for them to be inserted into a LIFE LONG appointment to the Federal Bench..."

He then went on to ask one of the nominees several basic questions about the constitution of the United States that she could NOT answer. This candidate, Charnelle Bjelkengren, a woman of color, was being nominated to serve as a United States district judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington.

I'm not sure which is worse, the clown show that is the Biden presidency or the processes that are in place to ensure that they are able to push their devastating agenda(s).

1 This John Kennedy is a real mensch! And he is also great for his entertainment value. If everyone else in the Senate were as great as he is, there would be high hopes for this country!
