Most Mass Shootings in the U.S. are Black on Black

I was surprised to see this article in the Guardian. I was wondering if they were going to tell people the truth about this issue.
Finally, about 2/3rds of the way down the article we get this line:
"Nearly three-quarters of those were black, as were about three-quarters of alleged assailants."
Wow, so three-quarters of the suspects are black. Even though blacks only represent 14.2% of the U.S. population.
I never thought that I'd encounter this blatant racism at the Guardian. But, it looks like they accidentally let some facts get into one of their articles.
This was in 2016, though. We'll probably never see this happen ever again:

If we could wipe Chicago off the face of the earth, these stats would get better.

That is true. There are so very many reasons to wipe Chicago off the face of the Earth.
A few other cities too - like my hometown. If they were gone crime would go way down.
