More Media Hypocrisy

Texas Democrats fled the state to prevent the legislature from having a quorum to consider new voter integrity measures. They did so in a climate change-inducing private jet, and none wearing masks... yet the media is celebrating them today as if they were standing for freedom and democracy.... meanwhile, the same media is ignoring thousands of Cubans protesting against communism, and when the media DOES bother to mention it, they say the Cubans are protesting for COVID vaccines.

1 Gov. Abbott has said he'll have them arrested when (if) they return to Texas. I'm sure he can find an applicable law to justify doing it.

2 He ought to take it a step or two further and order the Texas Rangers to go to Washington and arrest them there. Or hire bounty hunters if there is no legal authority to use the Rangers.

3 The Rangers can operate only on Texas soil. The best the governor can do is have those schmucks arrested when they come back to Texas.

4 Perhaps he can't send the rangers but why not bounty hunters? They can operate anywhere.

5 Bounty hunters -- that's a cool idea. Of course, that would make Abbott a total enemy to the Democrats, and that may not be such a wise idea. Yet, on the other hand, the Democrats are refusing to represent the people who elected them, and they need a spanking. Being nabbed by bounty hunters would put a chill on their presumed "hero" status.

I'm assuming they don't have a form of "diplomatic immunity."

6 I doubt they do Dana as otherwise Abbott couldn't arrest them when they came back to Texas in the first place, I should think.
