BTW the article mentions that it is considered a war-crime to "forcibly displace civilians" but what of a situation like this, where there essentially are no civilians? This isn't a war by an army, but a terrorist operation and Palestine is but a military base, the whole fetid country and it's hateful people. If you classify them as irregulars you get around the law.
