If these were incidents in, say, Alabama against black students don't you think this court would not have dismissed this in so cavalier a fashion?

The Epoch Times article fails to say who appointed this judge.

Seems if you are Jewish and fear for your safety that is just a "minor incident". If you are gay or transgendered you get far better protection.
