Lockdowns Don't Work

18 months ago I said we should end all lockdowns, and that Sweden would be the test of whether this worked. Sweden never locked down. I've also presented several scientific studies saying that lockdowns don't work ... but that's theory, and Sweden is practice.

Well, the results are in, and guess what? All the smug virtue-signaling lockdown countries are doing WORSE than Sweden. So y'all lockdown supporters can take your lies about lockdowns and stuff them where solar panels don't work. You were wrong, period. We have the facts. LOCKDOWNS DON'T WORK!!!

Grrrr ... our economy destroyed, businesses gone under, millions of people losing jobs, domestic violence and teen suicide through the roof, mental health hotlines melting down, a trillion dollars in unnecessary support to counteract the government pulling the wheels off the economy ... and for NOTHING! NOTHING!

Early in the pandemic I heard a guy in the media say " this could present an opportunity for the Democrats" and that told it all; this was always a political tool as much as a public health issue. The booming economy had to be destroyed or Trump would win re-election, and so they set about systematically destroying the economy through lockdowns and the rest. But now we are stuck with the disaster that they produced. Nice.
