The federal government promotes this too. I was in real estate and know a lot of minorities were being settled in very conservative areas to turn them into Democrat districts. We are being gerrymandered by our own government.

Conventional wisdom states that civilizations aren't murdered, they die by suicide. Perhaps it might be more accurate to say they die of arteriosclerosis?
