Leftist D.A. Orders Cops to Determine "Need" When Making Looting Arrests

Now police are going to have to consider whether a looter "needs it" before arresting them!
Soros-backed Contra Costa County D.A. Diana Becton - besties with St. Louis' very own prosecutorial panderer Kim Gardner - put out a "looting guideline" ordering the police to consider the needs of the looters.
I wonder; if they come for HER stuff will she be so quick to forgive them based on their obvious need?
The inmates are running the asylum.

Good grief! As you say, I really hope that some looter pays an unscheduled visit to this DA's home and "appropriates" her home theater system -- because he "needs" it!
