Lead Balloons at the New York Times

Dana Mathewson

It is seldom if ever that the New York Times publishes a study that debunks one of the majority of its readers' precious talking points.

Remember awhile back when we were bludgeoned with the idea that the powers-that-be in Flint, MI were poisoning (that's the word) its citizens (and of course, especially the children) with intolerably high levels of lead in the city water? And that somehow it was the fault of Republicans, though the city of Flint has been governed by Democrats since the days of (approximately) Andy Jackson?

Well, 'taint so, folks, and believe it or not, The Old Gray Lady informs us of the fact, here: -- well, Power Line tells us here, and links to the Times' article: https://www.powerlineblog.com/archives/2018/07/getting-the-lead-out-at-the-ny-times.php
