And here is what the good Muhihadeen of London had to say on Twitter:

Sadiq Khan tweeted: "No excuses: there is never a reason to carry a knife. Anyone who does will be caught, and they will feel the full force of the law.”

I don't suppose Khan understands that a knife or sword can be made out of almost any piece of metal; prisoners fashion them in the joint all the time.

London's problems are not because of the tools used to murder but because of the people who have been settling there. Maybe a mirror would come in handy if he wanted to see the source of the problem.
