Kim Gardner Off the Hook

I recently wrote about Kim Gardner, the Soros-funded radical prosecutor who has gotten away with murder in St. Louis. I said the judge in a recent case was holding her in contempt for not showing up to court in a murder trial.
I spoke too soon.
The Judge decided to drop charges against her because "he couldn't prove definitively" it was willful. The lawyer on the case was allegedly sick.
I guess he got a doctor's note.
At any rate, once again Kim Gardner is let off the hook by a cowardly judge.
I suspect this judge dismissed charges out of fear of rioting.
This is modern America; there are two classes and two sets of laws. We no longer have the rule of law. If this were a conservative white prosecuting attorney he or she would be going to jail.

I was apoplectic when I heard this. The judge doesn't have to convict her of anything; he is omnipotent in his court and she ahs to show cause of why she shouldn't be put in jail.
The prosecutor assigned to the case said he notified Gardner's office he wasn't going to be able to make it with ample time. She just blew it off, didn't even notify the court.
But she's a black woman Progressive so she gets a pass.
This is the kind of thing that the Clinton's got away with for years. it's enraging.
