And here I thought judges were supposed to uphold and cherish the law!
Hamilton County Judge Ted Berry on CharlieKirk Assassination "How's He Feel About Gun Control in Hell Now"
This monster doesn't seem to realize that gun control would not have stopped this assassination. It involved a completely legal hunting rifle.
From the article:
Local and state officials called the remarks, which included language such as "Rest in Hatred & Division,” incompatible with the duties and ethical obligations of a sitting judge.
On Friday, state Rep. Adam Mathews, R-Lebanon, demanded Berry’s immediate resignation, describing the offending posts as "vitriolic, racially charged, and political language” that violated the Ohio Code of Judicial Conduct.
"A judge must be a pillar of fairness and impartiality in our community,” Mathews said in a statement. "To see a sitting judge post comments like ‘Rest in Hatred & Division!’, ask ‘How’s he feel about gun violence & gun control in Hell, now?’, and then celebrate the race of the killer by stating ‘So, a white guy killed him! Color it KARMA!’ is shocking and completely unacceptable. This is not the conduct of a neutral arbiter of the law; it is the behavior of a political activist who has abandoned the core principles of his office.
And he dares accuse Kirk of "hatred and division"! Who is going to rot in Hell?
The article continues:
"In 2021, this Judge Ted Berry admitted to a ton of vulgar, sexually inappropriate conduct with a court employee,” Stewart said in a post to X. "The Maureen O’Connor-led Supreme Court gave him a 6 month suspension – but stayed it! He didn’t lose his license for 1 single day. Slap on the wrist.
Which illustrates perfectly how the Democrats protect their own, no matter how badly they behave.
The Disciplinary Council is looking into this. FTA:
This is clearly a person who never should have been made a judge, and who should be impeached by the Ohio legislature if the Disciplinary Council fails to revoke his license.
Sadly I suspect most Democrats feel the same way as this guy, they are just cautious enough to not say it. He counted on his being a judge to protect him.
The time has come to set things right. As the old song went "Praise the Lord and pass the (nonlethal) ammunition!"

I sure wouldn't want this so-called "judge" to have one, by the way.
