Judge Let's "Respectful" Would Be Cop Killer Off Easily for Being "NIce"

Liberals be crazy.
This guy used an AR 15 to try to take out a police helicopter and had multiple arrests on his record. He was not legally allowed to possess a firearm.
Here is the reasoning for dropping this guy's sentence from 41 years to just 13:

Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Mildred Escobedo was apparently swayed by the scumbag's charm. Douglas Byers, a sixty two year old man, thought it would be fun to shoot at flying cops, a sort of Blue skeet shooting contest. That wasn't enough to get him put away for the rest of his days though.
This chick needs to be in another line of work.

I wish the article had informed us who had appointed Judge Escobedo to the bench. I'm guessing it was not a Republican, but you never know. Anyhow, she deserves to be impeached, immediately.
