Judge Greenlights Biden Invasion Policy

A federal judgte has dismissed suits to stop Joe Biden from paroling illegal aliens into the country.
FTA:
U.S. District Judge Drew Tipton ruled that the plaintiffs—a coalition of 21 states—"have not proven that Texas has suffered an injury” because of the program and therefore lacked standing to maintain this lawsuit.
"In reaching this conclusion, the Court does not address the lawfulness of the Program. The court may only reach that question after a plaintiff has established that it has standing,” the judge wrote in a 31-page ruling.
The Biden administration announced the program in January 2023, allowing up to 30,000 people from Cuba, Nicaragua, Haiti, and Venezuela to legally enter the United States each month.

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas has praised the ruling, calling the parole program "a key element of our efforts to address the unprecedented level of migration throughout our hemisphere.”
"We are pleased that today’s court ruling means that the parole processes for individuals from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela will continue,” he said in a statement.
"These processes—a safe and orderly way to reach the United States—have resulted in a significant reduction in the number of these individuals encountered at our southern border.”

How pray tell does this "address migration throughout our hemisphere"? Seems to me it simply says "y'all come back now, ya hear!"
And so instead of these folks sneaking in like everybody else theyare instead having the red carpet rolled out and no doubt being signed up to vote as soon as they are here. And do we really want Nicaraguans and Venezuelans - both communist nations - coming here? Hasn't this idiot ever heard of espionage or sabotage?
It is no victory to not force people to break in when they are here to rob you. Opening your door to the burglar isn't a security measure.
