I get my hair cut by a neighborhood barber; a sole proprietor who's father was also a barber. Three years ago he charged $13 for a haircut. Today it's $23. That amounts to a 77% increase in three years. Yes, I still go to him. He's a good guy and he has to make a living.

Yeah Bill; he had no choice but pass along his increased costs. It's too bad a guy like that is struggling.
I seem to remember that was another of the things the great state of California pushed, new regulations on barbers and hair stylists and comseticians.
