Jack Smith and the FBI secretly wiretapped Suzie Wiles, then a Trump aid and now Chief of Staff. Allegedly her attorney was aware they were listening but Suzie was not - the attorney denies this allegation (it is a serious offense that would lead to his disbarment at a minimum).

No judge would sing off on such an order; it violates the most basic protections offered to citizens. Conversations with your attorney are absolutely privileged.

The noose is tightening around Jack Smith's neck and I rather suspect he's going to be going to prison at some point. I hope fora along, long time; he's completely abused the public trust.
