While this fire chief used all the politically correct buzz words (unhoused, for example) he still touched on a salient point. Of course, asking homeless junkies to stop lighting fires is like asking snakes to stop killing rats. Won't happen.

The point is the media never mentions this source of fire, nor do any of our brave representatives, who are more eager to blame "climate change" than homeless meth heads or illegal aliens.
