Is Someone Hacking our 7th Fleet?

are starting to ask questions after the latest incident involving the
USS John S. McCain (named not for the Senator, but for his father and

After
two suspicious "accidents," it's just possible. Has our level of
seamanship sunk so low after eight years of Obama's watering-down (no
pun intended) of our military? Or are there other factors involved?
