New York even has a 20 year period for civil claims of sexual assault
But that wasn’t enough to get Trump - Jean Carroll’s claims go back to the mid 90s
So NY amended the law in 2022 to provide unlimited statute of limitations for civil claims of sexual assault and provided a 1 year window where preexisting claims could be litigated
That’s where Jean Carroll comes in
Funded by a Democrat activist, she filed her claim against Trump in that limited window and even a liberal New York jury wouldn’t find Trump liable for rape

Here’s another example: Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, whose nomination survived similar allegations of sexual misconduct in a circus presided over by none other than Senator Joe Biden (that paragon of virtue), is now accused of "accepting inappropriate gifts” while in office. The "gifts” came from a man who has been a family friend since at least 1994. The protocol Justice Thomas is said to have broken was put into effect March 14, 2023, and charges were filed by April 13, 2023 accusing him of activities going back 29 years that were NOT forbidden at the time and are being misinterpreted even now. Thomas’ friend is a conservative American, and there is ZERO evidence that the gifts compromised any ruling of the court.
But liberals scraped together 29 years of "evidence” against Thomas in 29 DAYS when they have yet to acknowledge YEARS of influence peddling by the Biden regime to enemy nations that have vowed to destroy us?!?
What a coincidence that Biden should go after Thomas a 2nd time…
