The FTC has reclassified censorship efforts between social media and Left-wing "fact checking" outfits as restraint of trade and collusion, and the alliance between the Left and those who can squash any income from alternate media is about to break.
Read all about it at Revolver.
The Aviary was seriously wounded by all this. Where once we had a respectable online presence Google changed their search algorithms, totally eliminating the Aviary and others, like the Gateway Pundit. This blog is beaten now by personal blogs or blogs about growing Zennias or whatnot. But once it was small but influential.
Now I am foreverthinking about closing it. I spend a lot of time and nobody reads it anyway. That''s part of why I don't take many pains in editing and a lot of typos show up; it just isn't worth working hard on it. I prefer to just put the content out there and hope maybe somebody will read it.
When I started this blog there were a lot of people doing it. Now I'm one of the last,a nd that's because everyone got shut down during the Biden and Obama years. I'm just too stubborn to quit. But I wonder why I bother these days.
I was also shadow-banned on Facebook and stuff I wrote was never seen there either.
So I hope and pray this will finally break the stranglehold on new media. We shall see.

Bill Moyers is dead at age 91.
Moyers was no journalist, but rather an activist dufus. I will say no more since it's wrong to speak ill of the dead.
BTW Bill Moyers Journal once trashed me over an article I wrote some years back. Google searches used to bring it up but I can't find it now. It was over a piece I wrote about the Sandy Hook shooting where I spoke aout the culture spawning these kinds of monsters; the left wasn't happy at all because ultimately I blamed them. Moyers sure didn't like it at all.

This is why Fox never, ever should have settled with Dominion voting.
Gavin Newsom sues Fox News for $787 million — Claiming defamation by Jesse Watters.
Fox signalled weakness when they settled and fired Tucker Carlson. Anyone who has ever watched a mafia movie knows you don't roll over or they will run a steamroller over you again and again.

This is Yuuuggge!
Breaking | Supreme Court rules against nationwide injunctions in birthright citizenship case.
Birthright citizenship was always a terrible idea Congress should have fixed long ago. I would add the 14th Amendment says "subject to the jurisdiction thereonto" and the child of an illegal alien is clearly subject to the jurisdiction of a foregn power.
The 14th was intended to protect the rights of former slaves, not of children whose mothers spit them across the finish line in Juarez.
BTW a Google search produced NO RESULTS about this ruling. Gee; I wonder why! Google is a liar.

Huge breakthrough for the cause of life. Planned Parenthood should absolutely NOT receive a dime of taxpayer money.

One thing you have to say about Trump,he thinks BIG!
No More Mr. Nice President: Trump Sues Entire 15-Judge Federal Court That's in Open Defiance
Good for him! Use their own branch of government against them!
The DOJ is suing a panel of 15 federal judges in Maryland over their blocking of his efforts to exercise his constitutional duty to protect the border and deport illegal aliens.
FTA:
"This order requires the court clerk to automatically enter an injunction against removing or challenging the legal status of any alien detained in Maryland who files a habeas petition,” a DOJ statement read. "In doing so, the District Court defies procedural and substantive requirements for issuing preliminary injunctions, flouts congressional intent, and violates Supreme Court precedent.”
What they are forcing these clerks to do is openly, willfully violate the law. Judges do not have the power to change the law - just interpret it. These clowns are simply rewriting the law to amnetize aliens. Trump is tasked by the constitution to enforce the current immigration laws on the books, duly passed by Congress. These judges are usurping both Congressional and Executive authority.
In a same world Congress would simply dissolve this circuit. They have the authority to do that. But getting the votes would be another matter.
Of course this will end up in SCOTUS, and you never know where those jokers will come down on any issue.

Leave it to the GOP to FUBAR everything.
Report: House GOP Kneecaps Trump's Deportation Plans With 5 Mind-Blowing Changes to DHS Funding Bill
Remember, the GOP, even in the House, is full of people who want illegal aliens as much as the Democrats. It's why we have this problem in the first place. Nobody would take a stand, just a grandstand.
From the Western Journalism article:
— Immigration Accountability Project (@I_A_Project) June 25, 2025
One provision would "increase the number of low-skilled foreign guest workers (H-2B visas) for 2026 from 66,000 to 238,480,” and allow the US dairy industry to import an unlimited number of foreign guest workers on H-2A visas to "take full-time, year-round jobs, even though H-2A visas are only available for seasonal jobs, by law,” according to the IAP.
It would also reportedly allow "carnivals to import unlimited foreign guest workers (P visas) to work concession stands, operate rides, and perform maintenance, among other jobs, even though P visas are supposed to be for athletes, artists, and entertainers coming to the US temporarily to perform.”
[...]
Another measure, also approved by voice vote and from a Democrat, "scolds” the U.S. Customs and Immigration Services for rightly ending "Biden’s unlawful parole program for Ukrainians.
That came from Congressman Mike Quigley of Illinois, continuing a trend of lawmakers from deep blue states overrun by illegal immigrants, crafting policy for the rest of the nation.
As if those weren’t enough, coming in at number four is an amendment that urges ICE to "avoid making arrests at courthouses,” which would defy all logic.
[...]
Finally, we have a motion passed by voice vote to "direct "Secretary Noem to reconsider her termination of Temporary Protected Status for Venezuelans,” offered by Democratic Florida Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz and GOP Rep. Mark Amodei of Nevada.
One does not expect rational behavior from Democrats but Republicans should have learned the lesson of the 2024 election. America wants these people OUT. We don't want our carnivals full of aliens, nor our dairy farms, nor anywhere else. We don't want Ukrainians nor Venezuelans. We want this invasion of our country and this attempt to replace the American People with a more pliant populace to cease. What is so hard about that?
The sad thing is we have an election next year and the GOP is poised to actually gain seats, in violation of almost all historical trends. But they'll lose it if they RINO out now. They have to be strong on immigration or the American People will not show up at the polls. They have a real chance at making history, but they are bought and paid for by the Chamber of Commerce and the internationalists, the tech folks, the others who just want serf labor. It seems no matter how loudly the American People shout there are many Republicans more afraid of - someone else - than the People.
Years ago I wrote about this. An aid to Mexican President Vicente' Fox, a fellow named Arias-King, toured America and was shocked Republicans all wanted the invasion. He reasoned that it was because they wanted a permanent underclass that would bemore compliant and more willing to let the ruling class rule. That is how it generally works in Latin America. HE was the genesis of the "Great Replacement" theory which is so mocked and ridiculed by Democrats and the media, and I had the honor of brining his words to the general public. Arias-King had no dog in the fight.
So once again the RINO Republicans are on the verge of screwing up a wet dream. We cannot let them throw this once in a lifetime opportunity away.

This was inevitable; people around tthe globe are on the move, thanks in no small part to improved transportation technology and the desires of the ruling elites in the West for serf labor and for changing Mankind into one People out of many.
Vanishing Populations: Millions Are Missing From Global Census Counts
Naturally with so many Third World peoples invading the richer First World and staying in the shadows we are seeing a lot of missing data on the populace. It should surprise no-one.
And the Leftist Ruling Class likes it that way, lest the native born peoples get restive (as they have in America).
According to the article:
Foreign aid cuts will make the ongoing ‘quiet crisis’ even worse, according to experts.
Researchers warn that millions of people worldwide are missing from census and survey data, leaving policymakers without crucial information about the populations they are responsible for.
They describe a ‘quiet crisis’ emerging as response rates fall and concerns grow over the reliability of the data.
You caught that last; a plea for America to keep wasting our economic futures to do all this counting. But what does it matter anyway? The world did fine before we had global census data, and will do fine whether we have it or not. If we want everyone counted then perhaps these folks need to go back home where they belong.
So what is the egghead rationale for this?
None of that explains squat. The primary reason is so many have left their homes and entered foreign countries illegally. It's that simple.
It continues:
"Lack of census data compromises all areas of public administration, but we don’t see these statistics in the same way as other vital infrastructure, like bridges or roads,” says Dr Jessica Espey, lead author of the paper from the University of Southampton and Deputy Director of its WorldPop research team, which provides data on population distribution, demographics and dynamics.
"When groups are not counted, they can be left off the policy agenda. That political underrepresentation and the inadequate resource allocation that follows can have pernicious effects.
So it's all about the Benjamins from the U.S. and U.K. And it's soooo terrible these groups are "left off the policy agenda"; they have no right to be ON the policy agenda.
And why is it government that must take steps to empower them anyway? We had lots of immigrants to the U.S. over the centuries and they all made their way by their own steam.
But to create a world socialist state you must count the People, everyone. It's the first step to consolidating power.
Just ask Mary and Joseph, who had to schlepp all the way down to Bethlehem from Nazareth to register witht he Roman government as THEY consolidated their power.
(BTW one is tempted to point to this and say "see, it's the Rapture", at least among Evangelicals and those who believe in a Rapture. I think this is easily explained by the fact people are just hiding.)
Which brings up another point; IF people are hiding because of distrust of government what does that say about our governments? It says to me they have WAY too much power. All that "public administration" stuff scares the daylights out of people. Maybe everyone would comply with the census if the government wasn't always looming over everyone's shoulder.
At any rate it seems obvious to me these studies were intended to buttress calls for more aid money. But they highlight a real problem, one that Britain isn't addressing and one that, until Trump, was also not only not addresseed but was actually encouraged.
We need these people to be MORE in the shadows and not less - preferably in the shadows in the countries from which they came.

Well whattya know? Turns out the Dead Sea Scrolls are older than believed and date to the times of the authors themselves.
https://scitechdaily.com/new-ai-model-reveals-biblical-dead-sea-scrolls-are-far-older-than-we-thought/
Why is this important? Because it shows that the Bible itself is quite accurate (the scrolls comport well with the Bible as we know it). It also suggests that the authors were not just made up names but real people, making what they say far more credible.
FTA:
Their findings suggest that many scrolls are older than previously believed, and for the first time, they have confirmed that two biblical scroll fragments date back to the era of their traditionally attributed authors. The results were published on 4 June in the journal PLOS One.
Until now, most individual scrolls were dated primarily through paleography—the study of ancient handwriting. However, this method lacks a firm empirical basis. In most cases, calendar dates are unavailable, and there are no directly comparable date-bearing manuscripts from the relevant time period. A significant chronological gap exists between the few Aramaic and Hebrew manuscripts with known dates from the fifth to fourth centuries BCE and those from the late first to early second century CE, making it difficult to precisely date over a thousand Dead Sea Scrolls and fragments.
But new radiocarbon dating and modeling made it possinle to date them, and voila! Turns out they are pretty much contemporary with the alleged authors.
Score one for Biblical accuracy!

Here is a story that has flown under the radar (and I just found now); China's energy production has dropped this year.
Most stores are trying to claim it's because of "green energy" but the reality is it's beause China's economy is in recession. We don't know the numbers because China won't admit it, but energy generation is a clear-cut sign.
Their coal use is down. Their diesel use is down.
And this isn't just domestically; China's electricity generation exports decreased 7.0% in 2024 to 20.5 gigawatthours, which wouldn't happen if China were just producing more energy through so-called renewables. They would have MORe energy to sell, not less. Their exports should have increased, and prices should have fallen.
China also had a mild winter, leading to less thermal energy needed.
Look, nobody has fared well when switching to wind and solar and the Chinese aren't stupid. They saw this. (I would add the promotion of these energy sources came from Russia, which labored to promote them precisely because they knew the Europeans would then be a captive market to Russian oil and gas.) The problems with the Texas grid came about precisely because they made a huge push to use this undependable energy. We've seen crisis all over Europe, in places like Germany which went for "renewables" in a big way.
China sees this and knows it for what it is. They aren't stupid.
So why would they promote an unreliable energy source? China has large coal reserves of it's own and can obtain those easily enough. (They only import coking coal for steel, since their coal is inadequate.) This is much like saying Iran needs nuclear energy.
So this whole thing is nonsense. China HAS moved to solar and wind, but mainly because a. they need more power than they can currently import and b.they want to sucker the West into following suit.
The decline in coal and oil use for energy is, in my mind, a coefficient of the decline of their economy. Slow consumer spending and a slump in the real estate market, along with rising tariffs on their goods by the U.S., is strangling their economic growth. Corporations are leaving. China won't ever admit it but they are in trouble economically.
Now is the time to divst in Chinese corporations if you are an investor.

The Israeli Supreme Court, which is a radical leftist institution, has relaunched it's witch hunt against Benjamin Netanyahu in the wake of his spectacular handling of national security in the last few weeks.
For those who are unaware, Israel appoints Justices very differntly than does the U.S.; retiring Justices choose their own replacements, meaning once Leftists get in they never leave. The Israeli court is pretty much Bolshevik at this point and hates Netanyahu.
Israel's Radical Court Goes After Netanyahu on a series of trumped-up charges of corruption and bribery for doing exactly what all other politicians have done . It only became illegal when they decided he, like Donald Trump, had to go.
Netanyahu is accused of receiving "lavish" gifts such as cigars and champagne, and that is said to be corruption. He also was friends with the owner of ta media outlet and they claim he "colluded" to varnish his image.
If they could get him on cutting tags off mattresses they could get a life sentence!

New info coming out about the autopen.
From the Gateway Pundit:
She is the fall guy here; the whole staff was complicit with this. Everyone knew exactly what was happening here. But the only way to stop this is to practice Omerta, and someone has to take the fall. This Tanden chick appears to have drawn the short straw. The Washington Examiner reported that (Biden aide Neera) Tanden was given authority to use the pen and "was responsible for handling the flow of documents to and from the president."
Now, a crucial new detail has emerged regarding the closed-door testimony. According to an Oversight Project press release, Tanden would utilize the autopen without actually verifying from Biden himself that it was an authorized action. From the release:
"...she would send decision memos to Biden's inner circle with no visibility of approval between sending the memo and receiving it back. Tanden's testimony confirms that she affixed Biden's signature onto presidential documents without direct knowledge that Biden authorized the given action.

Gates also said Trump's ambition to close the Department of Education was a "relitigation of the Civil War" even though the department was not created until 1979, a hundred and fourteen years after the Civil War ended.
These are the imbeciles teaching our kids.

Dozens of Kids Rescued, Alleged Predators Arrested in Nation’s "Largest” Child Rescue Sweep
Allowing children to be sold into sex slavery is abominable and a nation that allows it deserves to die. But of course the Biden Administration had other priorities - like spying on conservative groups, the Catholic Church, etc., putting people in prison for decades for trespassing, suppressing free speech, etc. With all this critical tasks there just weren't resources available to find some kidnapped children being raped. I mean, priorities people!
