Well, I'm sure y'all will be overjoyed to know that Oregon has solved the crisis of teenagers not being able to graduate from high school because they can't read or do math.
So what was their secret? Did they improve the level of education? Spend more money on teachers? Beef up their teacher training? Improve school funding?
Nope. None of those. In keeping with the Oregon lunacy of not opposing
endless "fiery but peaceful" riots in Portland, they've simply decreed
that it's racist or sexist or speciesist or some kind of 'ist to ask
the poor underprivileged
... so the new Oregon plan is, just give everyone a high school diploma, and problem solved!
I weep for the death of Oregon ...
