How Marxism Infiltrated our Universities
Timothy Birdnow
Here is a good article about how Marxism infiltrated American universities even while the Evil Empire was collapsing.
This is good; I won't excerpt it. Suffice it to say the Marxists adapted, switching to the liberal arts from economics and seduced a generation with "intersectionality" and "social justice" and other crackpoint Bolshevik ideas.

I'll hazard a guess and say that Marxist professors have too much time on their hands to sit and theorize because they have assistants who grade their papers and do all the grunt work. So many of the insist that Communism still has not been given a fair trial, in the face of the argument that "weren't Soviet Russia, Maoist China, Pol Pot's Cambodia, Castro's Cuba, and now Venezuela, fair trials?" They always come up with some cockamamie argument against those, and I think it generally revolves around the idea that those situations were forced on the people by thugs. Well, yeah, that's the point. It always has to be forced on the people, and thuggery always has to be employed, because nobody with any control over his life wants to submit to Communism. These Marxist professors ALWAYS assume that they will be part of the nomenklatura.
That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

You should stick to it; you're right there Dana.
University profs should not be allowed help in teaching; they should be forced to actually do some work. Most live in a bubble of moonbeams and rainbows and unicorns.
