I rather think the best way to deal with her (and John Kerry, and The Algore, and a whole bunch of Leftist pukes) is just to totally ignore them. I mean TOTALLY, as in: don't speak their names, don't buy their books, don't quote them in print or in words, don't reference them, just act like they don't exist. If enough people did that, they'd lose their power.
