He does not -- even if he says it with a Texas twang. He's a coyote in -- well, I haven't yet figured out what clothing he's in. He's trying to act like a preacher but the words are coming out ALL wrong.

I would say in a Mexican poncho, but the preacher thing alters that paradigm of course.
As you say, he sounds neither like a preacher nor a Texan but rather like a socialist revolutionary.
