California Governor Gavin "Burn Bany Burn" Newsom is letting the Leftists seize the remains of the Pacific Pallisades to build "low income housing" on one of L.A.'s premier parcels of real estate.

After promising he wouldn't seize this land he's allowing Karen "kiss my" Bass to do just that.

Pray tell, how is Malibu and the Pallisades going to have enough tax money to operate when property values take a precipitous dive? Housing projects always ruin property values.

And of course they have simply not granted rebuilding permits, so the place remains a burned out shell. Why not move the homelss there? What a brilliant idea!
