Justice Department Tells American Bar Association it wil no Longer Comply witth Ratings of Judicial Nominees
The ABA has become an entirely politiccized entity that uses it's influence to turn the courts into radical institutions. This is long past due.
If the Bar wants to weigh in on judges it can now do so like the rest of America - from a stool with a glass of scotch whiskey.
The American judiciary has grown increasingly radical as the ABA has given good ratings to radicals and bad ones to Constitutionalists. Time for that to change.
