Gas Glut in U.K.?

I just read this in the FT.
"But a surplus of gas in the UK...".
A surplus of gas? So forgive me for not keeping up, but we're actually producing too much gas for our own needs. And the reason that the price is through the roof is because we're selling the UK gas into Europe
