Warner Todd Houston makes the following observation:
Isn't it funny how Democrats are furious because the law says that the treasury department "shall" turn over tax records to Congress, yet they don't care at all that the Constitution says the government "shall" not infringe on our right to bear arms? How come "shall" is meaningful in one case, but not the other?

Just one big Shall game, of course. We, the voters, need to push back on this. The left is crammed with lawyers who know perfectly well this isn't legal and can't be made to stand, but think they can ramrod it past us stupid Flyover Country rubes. It's up to us to show them they can't.
