"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
As chief law enforcer he MUST obey laws set forth by Congress.
We have laws about immigration. Many of them. He's ignoring all of them.
In fact, he's moved from just ignoring them to willfully breaking them:

Does anyone think this does not rise to the level of High Crimes and Misdemeanors?
The Republicans investigating Biden for Impeachment need to throw this into the mix. But they probably wonm't because over half of them want to replace America too.d bu
I think Bide should not only be impeached but deported. Sadly few countries would willingly take him. Maybe he could settle in Fallujah?
