Lawmakers have refered James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Hillary Clinton, and Loretta Lynch to the DOJ for criminal investigation. According to Fox News:

Rep. Ron DeSantis, R-Fla., and 10 other House lawmakers want an investigation into potential violations that cover everything from the handling of the Clinton email probe to the anti-Trump dossier’s funding to the Uranium One controversy. They made their case in a letter sent Wednesday to Sessions, FBI Director Christopher Wray, and U.S. Attorney John Huber, whom Sessions named to lead the previously announced evaluation.

Complaining about "dissimilar degrees of zealousness” in the investigations into Clinton and Trump campaign associates, they wrote: "Because we believe that those in positions of high authority should be treated the same as every other American, we want to be sure that the potential violations of law outlined below are vetted appropriately.”

They named Comey, Clinton, Lynch, McCabe, FBI agents Peter Strzok and Lisa Page and several others as figures who should be investigated."

So the Republicans in Congress are finally starting to grow a spine.

The fact is, Hillary Clinton committed all manner of crimes in the last few years, and when Donald Trump said "lock her Up" the public cheered because America is tired of there being laws for the Clintons and other laws for the rest of us.

Hillary has used her position as Secretary of State to twist contributions to the Clinton Foundation out of favor seekers and in the process has emerged quite wealthy - when she claimed they were broke after leaving the White House. She smoothed the way for the Russians to buy a quarter of all Uranium in the U.S. - uranium which can and will be used for atomic weapons to point at the United States, and she did it for money. She set up a private server to hide her political machinations, to violate the Freedom of Information Act and to allow her to traffic in classified materials. She set up the dirty hit job known as the steele Dossier. She has been guilty of insider trading, of violating national security laws, and probably of perjury, subborning perjury, and obstruction of justice. Justice is a long time coming for her.

Consider:

1.She perjured herself on Benghazi. She stated under oath that she had submitted all documents, yet a bunch more were discovered later.

2.She set up a private server in violation of the Federal Records Act to hide her dealings from scrutinY (but not from Obama who himself lied that he was unawre of it but was found on the server). When those e-mails were subpeonaed she had a professional use bleachbit to wipe the server completely clean, and thus unrecoverable. That is evidence tampering and obstruction of Justice, as well as potential violations of the Espionage Act.

3. While Secretary of State, Hillary would not allow an Inspector General access so as to better hide her activities.

4. She took renumeration in the form of donations to the Clinton Foundation and exceesssive overpayments to her husband for speeches from foreign entitites in return for concrete policy favors. That is bribery.

And if we go back farther we have all sorts of dirty little scams running through Hillary.

We had

a.Whitewater, where the Clintons used Arkansas tax money to build roads and infrastructure to their investment property and obtained fraudulent loans on the basis of having the Governor backing the investment. The terms of the land deals when resold were harsh and deceptive and many retirees who bought property lost their shirts. Hillary's hands were all over that deal.

In particular, the Rose Law Firm where Hillary was a partner had been cooking the books, and when the records were subpeonaed they disappeared (and were found in the trunk of a derelict auto in a junk yard years later). Madison Guarany - the lender, run by Clinton's friends the McDougals, also had their record disappear and later disappear from Vince Foster's office after his dubious "suicide". Hillary's fingerprints were literally found on the files. Susan McDougal went to prison rather than testify and Hillary skated.

B. The Clintons made a hundred thousand dollars on a thousand dollar investment in cattle futures. Futures trading is difficult for even experts but Hillary sure had a knack. In point of fact this was a bribe, a way to get money to the Clintons without their having to report it. You pair two accounts, one is Hillary's the other a donors. The donar takes all the loses and Hillary takes all the wins. It is illegal, but it has to be proven. Hillary skated.

c. Seeking to reward her friends, Hillary spearheaded the firing of career people at the White House Travel Office. Not content with firing them, she didn't want to face any unpleasantness for her callousness, so she had charges filed against the head of the office, a man named Billy Dale. Dale was prosecuted for malfeasance but acquitted after about twenty minutes of deliberation. This was purely a political trick to protec the Clintons. It can be characterized as a criminal act as false witness was subborned against Dale by Hillary.

d. Filegate. The Clintons hired a private investigator to dig dirt up on political enemies and this guy stole 900 files from the FBI containing raw data, that is, stuff much like the Steele Dossier used against Trump to justify opening a FISA wiretap and the like. It is illegal to possess these files and the Clintons said it was a snafu, but refused to give them back. Even after they were subpeonaed, the Clintons slow walked them back and in fact never returned them all. Given the paralysis of the Republicans during the Clinton era, and the way Senate Republicans purposely botched the impeachment trial (they set the rules in such a way that it was impossible to convict Bill, refusing to force testimony from key people like Betty Curry) one has to believe there was blackmail in the wind.

Hillary was the one who requested access to the files.

d. Bill Clinton took money from the Chinese for his re-election bid. This is illegal. The money was laundered by a guy named Charlie Trie, a Little Rock restauranteur. Hillary spearheaded this operation, it appears. And in return Clinton allowed Loral Aerospace to help the Chinese fix their satellite launch systems, giving them ICBM technology in the process and allowing them to be able to strike anywhere in the United States. That is treason.

At one point no less a personage than Tim Russert, host of Meet the Press and former Chief of Staff for Democrat House Speaker Tip O'Neal broke down in frustration at the story, asking "why doesn't anybody care about this?" as it posed a clear and present danger to America and the rule of law.

e. The Clinton Foundation handled relief efforts for Haiti and hired a bunch of Hillary cronies to siphon the donations off. None of the rebuilding occured there. Instead, the money went into pockets of their friends and ultimately back into Hillary's hands. A bunch of Haitians protested to no avail.

f, Hillary has had innumerable election law irregularities, including the "bundling" scandals that hid foreign donations or illegal contributions.

G/ When working on the Watergate impeachment committee Hillary argued that Nixon should be denied counsel. When it was pointed out there was historical precedent (a case involving the impeachment of a judge) the file for that case disappeared. That is a crime. Hillary was fired from the committee for that action, but it is a crime she could be charged in connection with.

In each and every case cited a law has been broken and Hillary should have to answer for her actions. She has always enjoyed political protection and gotten away with murder (literally, if one believes the argument of the "Clinton Body Count" where enemies fo the Clintons seem to have very bad luck.) The Republicans (and probably Democrats as well) have been terrified of her for decades now. It's past time Hillary and her husband answer for their crimes.
