I agree Dana, although what they hope to do is make it harder for Republicans to vote, and if not to at least punish an already Republican state. I don't think it's a win for them, just a chance to hurt those big poopeyhead MAGA jerks!

Somebody is messing with us. How can FEMA, or any other federal agency, be out of money at the BEGINNING of the fiscal year. The fiscal year, which involves budget and availability of money, for the US begins October 1st. If you are out of money on October 1st, that means Congress did not give you any money.
