Or I can imagine this:

Reporter: "Mr. President, we are told the Taliban has been taking American citizen's passports.

Biden: "That's a damnable lie, C'mon Man!"

Reporter:

"You are saying the report is false Mr. President?"

Biden "You're damned right I am. Afghanistan is a landlocked country and doesn't have any ports."
