3 I didn't know that Bill; thanks for the info. While CA sucks massive amounts of power most other states don't suffer from such outages so regularly. (Maybe Texas has a rough time but they run their own grid - and went heavily into wind which is a huge loser).

Where I livewe NEVER lose power. I had one outage in the last thirty years (for one day.) That's because we used coal fire plants (and have plenty of coal) which are safe and reliable.
