Environmental Terrorism in Britain and Canada

Timothy Birdnow

Boris Johnson is allowing Extinction Rebellion and other enviro-terrorists to run wild in Britain.

James Dellingpole bemoans the development:

Why aren’t the police arresting them? Why should taxpayers have to pay for the damage done? And what does this say about the future of Britain under a green tyranny where hardcore environmental activists and the Boris Johnson administration appear to have formed an alliance in opposition to the British people?

Here are the scenes in Cambridge today, dodgy anarchists wearing the fashionable Extinction Rebellion hat, digging up Cambridge’s manicured lawns under the rainbow flag.

And here are the same unruly mob closing down one of Cambridge’s thoroughfares, as if it’s entirely up to them who does and doesn’t get to use the public highway.

To be clear: we don’t want to spend our Sunday blocking roads in the p***ing rain and howling wind but our politicians have failed us. We have 10 years to fundamentally change economies to avoid cascading climate & ecological impacts. We won’t stop until we see change. pic.twitter.com/yZNX4vwnPb

And here are local people fast losing patience with the apparent reluctance of the authorities — notably Cambridge police — to do the job they are paid for and maintain law and order.

Shockingly, almost unbelievably, instead of clearing away Extinction Rebellion’s makeshift roadblock, the local police have actually chosen to formalise the protest by using their own ’emergency police powers’ to close roads officially. Buses have been diverted. ‘Pedestrians and cyclists will not be affected’, the Cambridge Police Twitter account tells us primly and with, perhaps, a hint of relish at being able to participate in this orgy of environmental virtue-signalling.

@BorisJohnson

Interestingly enough this same thing has been happening in Canada.

And nobody appears willing to act to stop this. Why?  And who is funding this?

Why don't we get answers to these questions? These things don't materialize out of thin air. Somebody is funding this - and for big bucks. And somebody is providing political protection.

George Soros? Probably, but who else? Is the U.N. clandestinely funneling U.S. dollars to this?

I want answers.

If you deal with anxiety or even Insomnia on a regular basis. You can buy sleeping tablets online for insomnia or anxiety. But medication doesn’t have to be your only treatment. To calm your mind and cut stress, try working these self-care tips into your daily routine:

Move your body

Exercise is an important part of physical — and mental — health. It can ease your feelings of anxiety and boost your sense of well-being. Shoot for three to five 30-minute workout sessions a week. Be sure to choose exercises you enjoy so you look forward to them.

Pay attention to sleep

Both quality and quantity are important for good sleep. Doctors recommend 8 hours of shut-eye a night. If anxiety is making it hard for you to fall asleep, create a routine to help you catch your ZZZs:

Leave screens behind before you hit the hay.

Try to stick to a schedule.

Be sure your bed is comfy.

Keep your room’s temperature on the cool side.

Ease up on caffeine and alcohol

Both caffeine, which is an "upper,” and alcohol, which is a "downer,” can make anxiety kick into overdrive. Cut back or avoid them if you can. Remember, coffee and soda aren’t the only things with caffeine. It can also pop up in:

Diet Pills

Some headache medicines

yellow xanax

yellow Xanax bars

Chocolate

Tea

Schedule your worry time

It may sound backward to plan to worry, but doctors actually recommend that you pick a time to think about your fears on purpose. Take 30 minutes to identify what’s bothering you and what you can do about it. Have your "worry session” at the same time every day. Don’t dwell on "what-ifs.” Focus on what actually makes you anxious.

Breathe deep

It sends a message to your brain that you’re OK. That helps your mind and body relax. To get the most out of it, lie down on a flat surface and put one hand on your belly and the other on your chest. Take a slow breath in. Make sure it fills your belly enough that you can feel it rise slightly. Hold it for a second, then slowly let it out. If by any chance the above tips don’t work for you, then buy sleeping tablets online for insomnia or pills for anxiety.

3 Tim, I logged in and access Comments. Nothing I could do. I hit Mail but would have had to have a Microsoft e-mail program (like Outlook) enabled (which I don't) in order to send any of these people an e-mail asking they not post advertisements on the site. And there doesn't appear to be any way to delete a comment.

I didn't want to access Yellow Xanax's site because I don't trust it not to be "viral."

4 Thanks for trying Dana. It used to be easy to remove this stuff but no more. I've got to contact Andrew about this.

It IS possible to close comments for a time (I think). I may have to do that. Or I could raise the spam threshold, but if I do it may make posting a problem (that happened before.)

We'll figure it out eventually.
