Dog Has Voting Rights Restored in Virginia

It's a dog eat dog world, and voting rights are apparently milkbones to them.
Yes, Virginia Governor Spanberger actually restored a dog's voting rights as part of an effort to get felons back on the voter rolls.
Oh, Biscuit the felonious dog, has been dead for five long years now.
This has, of course, been happening all over Virginia and those doggie voters will, I am sure, pull the handle with the D on it.
