District Judge Say Trump Can't Enforce Voting Laws

Didn't the U.S. Supreme Court rule that district judges could not issue ruling over the entire country? What makes this chick think she can just ignore SC0TUS?
This judge is named Colleen Kollar-Kotelly. You may remember HER; she's the judge who blocked Trump's ban on trannies in the military. She's also the judge who sentenced an elderly woman to two years in prison and three years of supervised probation for allegedly blocking an abortion clinic door while praying (the feind!) At sentencing Cholera Kelly mocked the woman's faith and lectured her about how she had to suck up this ridiculously long prison sentence.
This is the same judge who openly criticized Trump's pardoning of the J6 prisoners (she had sentenced one or two of them herself).
This is the same judge who denied DOGE access to audit the Treasury Department.
So now she's blocking Trump's order that you have to be a citizen to vote. She says it usurps the power of Congress and the states. Gee; I sort of thought Cogress passed these laws in the first place and that it is bloody illegal to vote if you don't have citizenship!
She will probably be overturned on appeal, but since she's the D.C. district it will have to go to the Supreme Court.
Trump did nothing but issue orders to follow thelaw. The Constitution makes it quite clear that's his job. Duh.
We have GOT to rein in these out-of-control judges.

Judging (Ha) by what you say about the number of times she's been slapped down, she must be a judicial masochist. At least I hope she gets overruled on this one too.

I think so too. Actually she's old - in her eighties, which is old to be a sitting judge - and she may just be getting senile. believe it or not she was originally appointed by RONALD REAGAN of all people, to a lower court. She was also the head of the FISA courts back in the W. Bush days.
Any way you slice it this is a crazy ruling. The President executes the laws passed by Congress and voting by non-citizens is indeed illegal; the Left has used that argument against new laws for a long time now. Of course they fo not practice what they preach.
