Senator Markey Says Police Must be Disarmed of all "Weapons of War" Including Tear Gas and Rubber Bullets
Funny; when conservatives were worried about the militarization of the police the Democrats said nothing. Now that it doesn't suit them they are angry about it and want to disarm them.
If they had kept the powers of the State, including police authority, within it's proper sphere we wouldn't be having this discussion. But they simultaneously changed the mission of peace authorities, making them do the work of military, and at the same time empowered criminals and weakened social prohibitions against criminality.
They made this whole mess.
