Germany, roiled by hordes of Middle Eastern immigrants and drowning in ESG/DEI is seeing the fruits of all that; the economy is going south faster than Sherman. The only surprise is it took so long.

Ach, mein Gott! But do you suppose they really know what's causing it? Or are they perhaps in denial, like so many other countries that get caught in the socialist/immigrant sludge puddle?

I suspect they are in complete denial Dana. Otherwise they would have voted these clowns out long ago.
In the last election they had a chance to really change things by electing members of the Bundestag from the Alternative for Germany Party (ADF) and they still put the Democratic Socs in power - who immediately began pushing to outlaw the ADF as a "Nazi" party. Intteresting; they call Trump and MAGA Nazi and they are doing the same thing in Germany, where the ADF is just a populist party.
It's sad to watch a nation and a culture die. Worse to watch it willingly committ suicide.
