More than 500 protesters have been arrested, many held in solitary confinement for months, for the January 6, 2021 break-in at the Capital Building in D.C. Notably, despite the constant democrat and Leftmedia charges and drumming about "insurrectionists," not one protestor, NOT ONE, has been charged with treason or sedition — most being charged with trespassing. And the person killed was an unarmed woman veteran in the mob, by a federal officer. No chants of police brutality by the libs/dems is there?
However, the most dangerous person in DC on the day of the Capitol riot, an actual terrorist, has not been arrested. The FBI and BATFE are offered a $100,000 reward for information to convict the person who left pipe bombs outside both the Republican and democratic National Committee headquarters the night before the protest.
Compare this to the double standard libs/
Inspired and encouraged by that, organized and funded by a network or organizations(1
In reality the libs/dems actions were attacks on the committee process and Congress as an institution and thus on the very democracy the proceedings were designed to implement.
All of the above just confirms that when it comes to liberals/

Ambrose Bierce was a wise man indeed.
I read a good line in an article recently which said "conservatives believe we have better ideas. Liberals believe they are better people." (I may have already posted that line.)

Pretty much nails it Dana.
I remember Thomas Sowell discussed the difference between liberals and conservatives in a book years ago. He said pretty much just that. Liberals believe Man is inherently good, except for conservatives who dishonestly deny what is apparent (to the liberal). Since liberal thought is clearly what is right and decent and intellectual the only reason for the existence of conservatives is self-interest. We oppose them because we are greedy and selfish. There can be no other reason.
