I doubt there's anyone in the US Democrat leadership team, or in fact any US citizen who's been paying attention, doubts that Joe Biden is corrupt and incompetent, and is becoming increasingly physically and mentally deficient.

But when the Deep State*, controls the Department of Justice and the intelligence agencies, including the FBI, there's no way Joe Biden will be held to account. At least while he continues to support policies which suit the Globalists anti-American leaders of the Deep State.

This explains why and how Attorney General Merrick Garland’s decided to elevate the U.S. Attorney David Weiss, whose office has been investigating Hunter Biden for 5 years, to the status of special counsel. Weiss has made alleged serious federal offences committed by Hunter Biden to go uncharged, and therefore unpunished by letting the statute of limitations clock wind down. Weiss also agreed with Hunter Biden's lawyers to accept a plea deal on some of Hunter Biden's serious tax offences to be lowered to misdemeanor offences for which he'd pay a fine; and to allow his felony gun charge to be dealt with by attendance to a 'diversion' education course. The plea deal Weiss agreed to would also have provided Hunter Biden with immunity against current and future related charges.

Fortunately the Deep State didn't count on the judge reading the small print in the plea deal and refusing to accept it. Thus forcing Hunter Biden to enter a plea of not guilty.

This meant that Hunter Biden's non-disclosure of taxable income should be thoroughly investigated including the source of that income and how it was dispursed.

The Republicans had been demanding a Special Counsel with powers to compel people to give evidence be appointed to the Hunter Biden case. Their thinking was that a Special Counsel would finally unravel and expose the alleged widespread corruption of Hunter Biden, his father Joe, brother Jim and other family members and associates.

What they didn't anticipate was that AG Garland would be so brazen as to appoint David Weiss. Weiss has spent 5 years failing to charge and convict Hunter Biden of a single crime! This is despite the verified evidence from whistle blowers, and the indisputable video, email and text evidence provided on Hunter Biden's completely verified laptop!

The Hunter Biden case will now drag on past the next Presidential election, or until he gets a Presidential pardon, and/or Joe Biden is replaced by the Deep State's next preferred candidate.

The Deep State is the reason why four years after convicted paedophile and sex trafficker, Jeffrey Epstein, 'committed suicide', not a single associate of Epstein's, who regularly flew on his private jet 'Lolita', to his private sex island, has been prosecuted. Who was Epstein trafficking girls to? You can be sure the Deep State has the list.

And Weiss was appointed illegally; a special counsel is supposed to come from outside of the government and not from the ranks of the DOJ. Also,Weiss ' strategy is to run the clock out; he won't file any charges until the statute of limitations runs out. He is there to save Hunter, n ot prosecute him. For this alone Garland should be impeached by the House.
