Cuomo Admits Screwing Up

You know, Chicago has a ridiculous number of violent deaths every day. In fact, all the major cities run by Democrats do. Nothing is ever said, even though it's fairly obvious that the Democrats don't want to enforce the law in their communities. Are they not to blame? But somehow they are excused. It may be incompetence or malice, but in the end it happened on their watch. This is more of the same.
