Cracker Barrel has cracked, or more precisely caved.

Cracker Barrel's rebranding critics declare 'total victory' after newest concessions

They have removed all support for LGBTQ from their corporate website.

But I disagree this is total victory; it's a tactical retreat.

Here is what they said:

Sounds good, but what constitutes "corporate giving"? They never actually said they were ending their support of the LGBTQEIEIO movement.

Also, the people who put these policies in place are nott gone. Unless and until there are high-profile firings there should be no confidence in Crack-head Barrel because they will just bide their time and wait for another opportunity. Leftists never give up; they simply put their plans on hold until the "public is properly prepared". You have to can them, remove them from positions of authority.

Right now CB  is running scared, partly because it doesn't have the massive cash reserves (like the big Fortune 500 companies) tto weather a storm like this. But they aren't afraid of their customers so much as of the money they are losing. I doubt they have gained a new appreciation for the values they themselves have long profited over.

The rainbow flags and the rest are coming back, I assure you. In six months or a year we'll learn the corporation is back to promoting Deliverance "squeel like a pig". Maybe they should have made Ned Beatty their new mascot.
