I quit reading at "the slow part began in March 2020." The writer is pivoting collapse around the pandemic, which is a very small part of the insanity and stupidity which is driving this nation to collapse.
The slow part began shortly after WW2 when politics became about the acquisition and retention of power. All else revolves around that basic issue, and we are not even in the middle part now. We are in the last part, the fast part, which is still accelerating.
At my age of 78 I thought I would not live to see the final collapse, but right now I'm not so sure. We are very close and I may live to see an America that looks very much like post-Soviet Russia.
